I have been thinking a lot about this article and how I should approach it to explain simply and clearly how we could do our job better and improve our programs so that we can stay safe and well in our work as early education educators.
Each educator is unique and irreplaceable in our programs. Each one of us has a unique style to be able to relate to our children and also to our parents.
Some programs show negative enrollment numbers. Despite these essential qualities in developing our work, the number could be higher. It is incorrect, but it helped my performance, and parents find their children more positive.
We live in a world that is too technological, where games, videos, cell phones, television, etc. are overused. When children are exposed to high levels of stimulation of different types, where parents use technology to save and have more time to carry out their activities, the most practical thing is to provide an electronic device so that children occupy that time while they try to finish their chores to maintain the basic needs of their home.
Well, I go back to my childhood years, which are many, where I never had any toys and with little television, my parents did the best, and that was to let me play and play as much as I could until I was exhausted at night to sleep. Peacefully, I developed my imagination to a thousand percent and provided endless ways to learn through my mistakes, like being able to ride a bike or balance on rocks. Over the years, when I decided to revalidate my title as a preschool teacher and while at school (Fullerton College), I found what I was looking for and could not see; this was the Reggio philosophy.
I taught parents that their children, to learn colors, numbers, letters, etc., did not need to sit on a chair with materials on the table and be guided to color a flower of some specific color. I let my children play and learn at their own pace to express themselves through all their senses. I taught parents that the more they explore and solve their problems according to their needs and age, they could have a better future in school and life.
In short, this combination of vocation, sacrifice, and dedication to early education with working with a Reggio philosophy has helped me make parents feel more attracted to their children so that they are in more contact with nature and enjoy the game a hundred percent. Parents are the first teachers, we are the second teachers and the natural environment is the third teacher.

He estado pensando mucho sobre este artículo y de cómo me debería enfocar para poder explicar de forma sencilla y clara cómo podríamos hacer mejor nuestro trabajo y mejorar nuestros programas para poder mantenernos bien y seguros en nuestro trabajo como educadoras en educación temprana.
Yo creo que cada educadora es única e irremplazable en nuestros programas. Cada una de nosotras tiene un estilo único para poder relacionarnos con nuestros niños y también con nuestros padres.
Con todas estas cualidades que son sumamente valederas e importantes podríamos decir que algunos programas se muestran con números negativos de enrolamiento. ¿Qué podemos hacer si a pesar de estas cualidades imprescindibles en el desarrollo de nuestros trabajos el número es bajo?. Yo me hice esa pregunta muchas veces y años, muchos años traté de encontrar una respuesta a este dilema. No se si es la respuesta correcta pero me ayudó en mi desempeño y también que a los padres les resultará más positivo el desarrollo de sus hijos.
Vivimos en un mundo demasiado tecnológico, donde los juegos , los videos , los celulares , la televisión, etc: Combinada que la gran parte de de nuestras familias son padres solteros o son familias de padres que trabajan 24/7. Donde los niños están expuestos a niveles altos de estimulación de diferente tipo, Donde ellos, los padres utilizan la tecnología para ahorrar y tener más tiempo para poder realizar sus actividades, Lo más práctico es entregar un dispositivo electrónico para que los niños ocupen ese tiempo mientras ellos tratan de terminar sus quehaceres para poder mantener las necesidades básicas de su hogar.
Pues bien, me remonte a mis años de infancia que son muchísimos, donde nunca tuve ni juguetes y con escasa televisión, mis padres hicieron lo mejor, y eso fue dejar que jugara y jugará lo que más pudiera hasta quedar rendida en la noche para dormir plácidamente, desarrolle mi imaginación a un mil porciento y prove infinitas formas de aprender a través de mis errores como el poder andar en bicicleta o mantener el equilibrio sobre las rocas. Con los años cuando decidí re validar mi titulo de maestra pre escolar y estando en la escuela ( Fullerton College) encontré lo que buscaba y no encontraba, esto fue la filosofía Reggio.
Dejé a mis niños que jugaran, que aprendieran a su ritmo, que pudieran expresarse a través de todos sus sentidos. Les enseñé a los padres que sus hijos para aprender colores, números, letras, etc, no necesitaban estar sentados en una silla y sobre la mesa materiales y ser guiados para colorear una flor de algún color específico. Les enseñe a los padres que mientras más explorarán y resolvieran sus problemas de acuerdo a sus necesidades y edad por sí mismos ellos podrían tener un mejor futuro en la escuela y en su vida futura.
En fin para mi esta combinación de vocación, sacrificio, entrega por la educación temprana con trabajar una filosofía reggio me ha ayudado que los padres se sientan más atraídos para que sus hijos estén en más contactos con la naturaleza y disfruten al cien por ciento el juego donde podríamos decir que los padres son los primeros maestros, nosotros los segundos maestros y el entorno natural el tercer maestro.
